I integrate proprioception training into the ladies’ workouts, using:
⚖️ Balance drills
👀 Exercises with our eyes closed
🤾🏼♀️ Plyometrics (jump training)
... and of course
🏋🏼♀️Strength training
And this is all quite helpful so we avoid things like
😣tripping on the stairs,
😩slipping on wet concrete, or
😱 bumping into a Ferrari during #montereycarweek
